Terms and Conditions

Customers accept the following terms and conditions at time of booking, please and thank you.

YankeeTravel.US provides customers with services helping customers make their touristic visits to New England more enjoyable and fulfilling. Services include itinerary planning sessions, small-group walking tours, and custom tours developed during itinerary planning sessions.

YankeeTravel.US shares with its customers advice and suggestions about traveling in New England (greater Boston, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, and / or Rhode Island) and on its waters.

However, because YankeeTravel.US is not a commission-driven travel agency, customers must make their own arrangements with all third-party vendors in terms of travel, lodging, meals, entertainment, admissions, and any tours not offered and given by YankeeTravel.US. YankeeTravel.US cannot guarantee any performance by third-party vendors discussed in itinerary planning sessions, or discussed during YankeeTravel.US tours.

YankeeTravel.US is not responsible for weather, earthquakes, transportation delays, public safety actions, public infrastructure outages including electrical or telecommunications, acts of God, forces majeures, and accidents which might impact travel itineraries developed through work with YankeeTravel.US or in-person tours booked on / delivered by YankeeTravel.US.

YankeeTravel.US customers are responsible for joining their itinerary planning sessions at the appointed time on the appointed web + audio conference bridge, and joining their in-person tours at the appointed time at the appointed place.

YankeeTravel.US customers may cancel or reschedule itinerary planning sessions and / or tours up to 48 calendar hours before original session or tour booking time and date.  Please
appreciate that even then YankeeTravel.US may have no opportunity to book another customer in a 48+-hour cancelled or rescheduled slot . . .
YankeeTravel.US accepts only one / 1 rescheduling per original booking so customers must make sure they use their one rescheduling for when they are truly available.
